Youth is like a flower that blooms only once in a lifetime, and the time spent together is the most wonderful thing. Two years - a not-too-long journey but enough to maintain the continuous flow of emotions. Stepping into university brings us together, and then we return together to complete love. However, as with any journey, there is always a beginning and an end. And the journey of the congress term 21 - 23 has officially concluded, opening up a bright new term with the participation of 72 delegates and 7 invited guests at 07:00 on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
